Twelve children and teenager's authors has rewritten 12 stories of Ferdowsi's Shahnameh. Currently the collection is being illustrated. The publication of Institute of Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults will market the collection.

The collection's secretary is children and teenager's poet and author, Afsaneh Sh'aban nejhad.
The manager of the publication of Institute of Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults Hamid reza Shah-abadi told IBNA that the collection holds shahnameh stories which weren’t considered so far.
The collection is being illustrated by a group of children's books illustrators which is supervised by Hoda Hadadi.
