IBNA: According to the public relations office of cultural department of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the ceremony is held every year a week after the main award ceremony, but this year the event is arranged on March 3 due to an order by Bahman Dorri, Cultural Deputy of Guidance Ministry.

The panel of judges and organizers of the award will also be praised in the ceremony.

A statuette signed by culture minister and 10 gold coins will be given to the creators of praiseworthy works.

The gathering is arranged at Tehran's Enghelab Hotel in the presence of minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Mohammad Husseini.
