A book about etiquettes in tourism
Jalal Nasirian has penned a book about tourism etiquettes. Entitled "Tourism industry's etiquettes and manners", the work is an educational source holding all tourism-related concepts and issues.
IBNA: Jalal Nasirian said:" "Tourism industry's etiquettes and manners" is an educational book which was penned since the students of tourism and related fields lacked a comprehensive book."
It holds issues including different tourism descriptions, tourism and its related issues including transportation, tourism attractions and marketing. The book's main chapters are the history of traveling in Iran before and after Islam, a tourist's rights and tourism in contemporary Iran."
The book is mainly themed on "Communications in the field of tourism" in which the opinions about hospitality are divided into four groups including national, religious, scientific, and national-scientific.
Nasirian added:" The book covers different issues including different kind of guests, their satisfaction of a flight or hotel's crew, the features of a good employee, the manners of eating, shaking hands, giving and receiving presents, manners of answering a call and etc. Moreover the book holds the English version of the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism and its member states.
The first print of "Tourism industry's etiquettes and manners" has been released in 2000 copies and 144 pages by Mahkameh.
