Germany displaying Iranian illustrations
Germany is playing host to the 2nd edition of "Shabaviz books" exhibition which kicked off on May 2, 2012 in Hamburg. IBNA: According to the public relations department of Shabaviz publishing institute, the exhibition opened in Hamburg's Frappant gallery on May 2, displaying 15 books of Shabaviz.
Entitled "Contemporary Iranian Children's-Books-Illustrations", the exhibition will wrap up on June 20. The event is displaying the original works, besides the printed books.
The exhibition is house to books including: 1. "It is the same" by Farideh Khalatbaree, illustrated by Ali Reza Goldouzian 2. "The boy who knew how to count" by Hoda Haddadi, illustrated by Nazli Tahvily 3. "A link" by Farideh Khalatbaree, illustrated by Farshid Shafiee 4. "The road" by Mohammad Reza Shams, illustrated by Negin Ehtesabian 5. "Jamshid and Khorshid" by Farideh Khalatbaree, illustrated by Sahar Bardaee 6. "Vicious circle" by Farideh Khalatbaree, illustrated by late Ali Namvar 7. "Two friends" written and illustrated by Hoda Haddadi 8. I love you" by Mehdi Mir-kiaee, illustrated by Atieh Bozorg Sohrabi 9. "The foggy day that never ended" by Ahmad Reza Ahmadi, illustrated by Sharareh Khosravani 10. "The land of water lilies" by Farideh Khalatbaree, illustrated by Ali Boozari 11. "The trip of a butterfly" by Marjan Keshavarzi Azad, illustrated by Morteza Zahedi 12. "The princess" by Farideh Khalatbaree, illustrated by Fereshteh Najafi 13. "Wolves and humans" by Farideh Khalatbaree, illustrated by Saba Maasoumian 14. "My daddy's tattoos" by Ali Naseri, illustrated by Neda Azimi 15. "The guard of sun" by Laleh Jaafari, illustrated by Amir Shaabanipour
