To be released: Docs on US policies against Iran
A book titled as the US Policies Against Iran During the Cold War 1947-1991 will be marketed by the Islamic Revolution Document Center. IBNA: Consisting of the Persian translation of 12 document pieces on Iran’s contemporary history, the book will be published in the next few months in the Iranian market.
The documents concern topics like Azerbaijan Developments and the Autonomy Movement, Iran’s conditions in 1949, the 1953 Iranian coup d'état, the US National Security Council talks about Iran after the Coup, a short report about Shah and Fazlollah Zahedi (shah’s prime minister), consequences of non-aggression pact between Iran and the Soviet, and Iran’s conditions in 1963.
Furthermore, the documents cover other historical and political issues about Iran like the US army report about Iran’s revolution, Soviet policies concerning Iran and Iraq and US strategies about the issue, Iran’s conditions in 1985 and the outlook of US-Iran relations after Imam Khomeini’s demise.
