The policy-making council of the 25th Tehran International Book Fair, directed by Bahman Dorri, has offered more book tokens to university students for purchasing foreign textbooks.

IBNA: Regarding the increase of foreign book prices every year, the tokens section of the book fair has been allowed to offer special privileges to university students in the master’s level up to 20%.

Besides, undergraduates are allowed to purchase up to 96,000 Tumans with the tokens. The amount was 80,000 Tumans for the students last year.

Moreover, PhD candidates or university lecturers can purchased up to 120,000 Tumans while the amount was 100,000 Tumans last year.

The 25th Tehran International Book Fair is being held at Tehran's Grand Imam Khomeini Prayer Ground and will run through May 12, 2012.
