Mostafa Gholozadeh Ayar is gathering data to complete his book, the Sun of Truth, on the lives and works of Azerbaijani poets so far as the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei are concerned.

IBNA: The book is an account on the works of Azerbaijani poets since the pre-Soviet collapse until the present era about the Islamic revolution of Iran, Imam Khomeini, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei and the martyrs of the country, said Ayar in an interview with IBNA. 

"In the introduction of the book, I discuss the ups and downs of the Azerbaijan and Nakhichevan through the last 100 years," he said. The works of over 20 Azeri poets like Kamel Sarbandi, Kameleh Aghazadeh, Haj Mayel, and Khajeh Alamdar Maher are considered in the book. 

When asked about the reason Azeris are so interested in the Islamic Revolution, Ayar said there are many Shias in the country of Azerbaijan and the people of the country, specially after the toppling of the soviet union, grew tendency towards Iranian Maraje and by the occurrence of the Islamic revolution they, by some accounts, fell in love with Imam Khomeini's personality. 

He further added that the works are composed in Turkish and their Persian renditions are included in the book.
