Dorri emphasized

  “Localizing the world’s print knowledge is essential”

During its 13th session, manager of the print culture, industry and packaging policymaking council said: “Developing the knowledge and technology of the print industry as well as localizing the world’s modern knowledge should be prioritized by the council.”
IBNA: According to the public relations department of the Islamic Guidance and Culture Ministry, during the session Bahman Dorri said: “A coherent link between print and culture requires a targeted and planned, print related, attendance in cultural events particularly provincial book fairs which could indeed connect the print insiders with cultural fellows.” 

Deputy Minister of Islamic Guidance and Culture Ministry in cultural affairs then talked about the necessities of holding print festivals and conferences saying the event’s organizers should hold such gatherings in order to develop and expand the field’s capabilities.” 

Developing the knowledge and technology of the print industry as well as localizing the world’s modern knowledge should be prioritized by the council; which will be fulfilled through attending credible foreign print fairs.
The session was held on Tuesday, July 31.
