IBNA: Seyyed Mohammad Husseini appointed Talebian as poetry and literary affair's deputy and the ministry's ministerial field's chairman.

Talebian is a Persian language and literature professor of Kerman's Shahid Bahor University and the source development deputy of Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.

During the opening ceremony of Iran and the world poets' conference according to one of the poet's request, creating a poetry administration, the president asked the culture minister to create a poetry deputy post in the ministry.
