4th National congress of resistance literature, for professors and students of M.A. and PhD, will be held in Kerman. It will be held by Kerman’s Sacred Defense literary association, the province’s Foundation of preserving and publishing Sacred Defense works and relics as well Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman.

IBNA: Manager of the secretariat of the 4th National congress of resistance literature said: “The event is a result of the efforts of Kerman’s Sacred Defense literary association, the province’s Foundation of preserving and publishing Sacred Defense works and relics and Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman. Its call for papers has been distributed in Iran’s universities.” 

Talking about the previous congress, Mohammad Taheri zadeh said: “During the 1st and 2nd congress 50 and 90 articles were respectively submitted to the secretariat while the 3rd congress received 145 articles. The works of the 1st and 2nd editions were released as books while the articles of the 3rd congress are being published.” 

The 4th National congress of resistance literature will be held for professors and students of M.A. and PhD. It seeks a scientific result in academic levels. The congress will evaluate scientific and research-based articles which will be in line with the offered subjects and works will have new words to say in the field of resistance literature, he added.
 
The works should be presented on 10 subjects including “Resistance literature and identity” themed on “Cultural identity” and they should focus on valuing and judging cultural heritage in resistance literature, preserving cultural values in resistance literature, a warning and alert for cultural invasion in resistance literature, the function and role of resistance literature in expanding social and personal ethics. 

The other subject is “Resistance literature and Islamic Awakening” which will consider fields like resistance literature a sample for changing an arrogant government into an Islamic one, the connection of Islamic Awakening and Islamic Revolution in resistance literature, the role of intellectuality, spirituality and justice in Islamic Awakening and its emergence in resistance literature, the factors and philosophy of the history of Islamic Awakening in resistance literature, the thoughts of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei about Islamic Awakening and its reflect in resistance literature, the new capacities of resistance literature in the emergence of Islamic Awakening, the role of resistance literature in international ties and the fruition of Islamic Awakening. 

The 3rd subject is “Resistance literature and women” which will evaluate and analyze women’s stance in resistance literature, introducing and criticizing the written works of women in the field and criticizing the works of resistance literature about women and the reflect of women’s cooperation in the fields of Islamic revolution and Sacred Defense in resistance literature. 

The other subjects include “Resistance literature and children”, “Language of resistance literature”, “Resistance literature in universal aspects”, “Resistance literature in the era of virtual communications”, “The stance of resistance literature in Iran’s educational system”, “Evaluating and analyzing resistance literature’s beliefs and historical roots in Iran and the world” and “Evaluating and analyzing the written works of the martyrs of Sacred Defense and Islamic Revolution”. 

The congress is slated for February 27-March 1, 2013.
