IBNA: According to the news headquarters of the first international Mos'haf Sharif contest, Yusof Afrash said introduction of print quality indexes, identifying and awarding the best printers and publishers of the Holy Quran and honoring the best Quranic print houses are the main goals of the contest. 

He stated that promotion and expansion of print techniques for publication of copies of the Holy Quran are other aims of the Mos'haf Sharif contest. 

Secretary of the 10th Print Industry Festival went on to say that the lithographic quality, print and binding of the copies are the main criteria for selecting the best copies of the book. 

As he said, works have been submitted to the secretariat of the contest from all over the world. 

The first edition of the International Contest of the Mos'haf Sharif Print will be held for five days during November (8-12) in Iran.
