Released Educational package on human capital promotion
An educational package addressing production and operation managers in regard to promotion of human capital has been published in 11 volumes. IBNA: Entitled as Warden of the World Class, the package is based on national and international experiences aimed at improving human capital by enhancing the competitive advantage of organizations and companies in the 3rd millennium.
The Labor and Social Security Institute has compiled the 11-volume educational package as a reference for knowledge-based training of human resources and updating as well as optimizing human capital such as senior production and operation wardens and managers.
The package has been put together based on national experiences (from leading industries and companies in Iran) and international experiences (drawn from applied and academic expertise and discussions) in adult’s trainings, said Habib Babaei, public relations caretaker of the institute, in an interview with IBNA.
He named some of the volumes of the package: Iran 1404 which is aimed at introducing the country’s vision statement to managers; New Organizational Management and Supervision Teachings which includes a set of general principles and regulations for management in organizations; Group Work which employs team work techniques; Organizational Entrepreneurship which is intended to acquaint managers with concepts of organizational entrepreneurship and permanent strategies for mitigation of costs.
Another volume of the series is entitled as Engineering Creativity. The volume encompasses 40 organized innovation principles in the world.
Operation Management and World Class Quality gives details about basic concepts of operation and competitive capabilities.
Moreover, Tools for Continuous Improvement contains 10 novel tools for constant progress; Safety Cooperation includes expansion methods of a healthy work; Effective Communications in an Organization is the title of another volume in the package which has strategic information about making formal and face-to-face contacts with your coworkers and staff.
The Integrated Management System is another volume about quality management standards, environmental management and safety and health management. Furthermore, Identifying and Bolstering Individual Improvement contains self-improvement and self-assessment questionnaires for managers and supervisors.
Caretaker of the public relations office of the institute further added that meant to be used in line with the country’s vision statement.
Understanding and applying novel supervision tools and promoting them are some of the targets of the package, he went on to say. Id : 138707 |
