Nicolas Sarkozy' omnipresence gets him his very own comic depiction
Nicolas Sarkozy has joined the likes of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Sarah Palin - with his reputation for ubiquity depicted in a comic book based on Where's Wally series. IBNA: According to ANI, The new book, 'Ou est Sarko?' (Where is Sarko?), published by the Parisian publishing house L'Opportun, includes the diminutive French President in a number of scenes, including at the Monaco royal wedding and on board his new jet, Air Sarko One.
"Sarkozy really does give the impression of being in several places at the same time, politically and physically, and we wanted to have fun with this idea and capture some of the emblematic scenes of his time in office," the Telegraph quoted Pascal Fioretto, who is behind the book, as telling the Guardian.
The book is a play on Sarkozy's omnipresence, a characteristic that dubbed him 'Super Sarko' in the early days of his presidency, although in 2009 he collapsed while jogging, causing him to somewhat scale back his many appearances.
