  10 volume book about the cultural achievements of Islamic Revolution

In the unveiling ceremony of "These days", a 10 volume book about the cultural achievements of the Islamic Revolution, it was announced that in order to send the cultural message of the revolution to other countries the book will be translated into English and Arabic.
IBNA: The unveiling ceremony of the collection "These Days", a book about the cultural achievements of the Islamic Revolution", was held yesterday evening in Paydari cultural house with the presence of Mohammad Moshari, the cultural secretary of Tehran municipality cultural and artistic office, Mohamamd Hadi Ayazi, Tehran mayor's supreme counselor in cultural affairs and Jafar Shirali Nia, the head writer of the series.

At the beginning of this ceremony Mohamamd Moshari said: It is our cultural duty to express the achievements of the Islamic Revolution and give a clear view of the cultural activities of the Islamic republic of Iran.

He also said that in order to send the cultural message of the revolution to other countries the book will be translated into English and Arabic.

Then Jafar Shirali Nia the head writer of this series said: "Those days" is about the pre-revolution time and "These days" is about after the revolution.

He added: In comparing the situation of after the revolution with the situation before the revolution is to foreground the cultural improvements in the past 31 years.

The head writer said: We realized that when talking to the cultural situation before the revolution, people usually think of the court and think that all problems were based on the financial corruption of the court, but in this book we refer to the other problems that were based on other sections of the society.

Shirali Nia added: While doing the research we realized that many documents referring to the presence of American forces in Iran had been destroyed.

He said: There were many subjects we could work on but since the volume of the book should not have been more than 10 some of the subjects were left aside.

The next speaker was Mohammad Hadi Ayyazi, he said: in those days all that the state did was trying to create a distance between people and religion. Now we are witnessing the different cultural achievements of Islamic revolution in all aspects of the society.

"Iran and the world", "Mosque and prayers", "Waiting and Ashoora", "Book and reading", "Howzeh an university", "Jihad and martyrdom", "Press, radio and television", "the culture of plain living", "Women and society", "School and education" and ;School and education" are the titles of the 10 volumes of this collection.

"These days" have been published by Safia cultural institution and with the cooperation of the cultural office of Tehran Municipality.
