The second volume of Memories of the Years in Najaf has been released by Orouj Publications as an order from the institute for Publication and Arrangement of Imam Khomeini's Works.

IBNA: The work comprises the memories of 9 of imam's companions and apostles who kept company with him during his years of expulsion in Najaf, Iraq.

Acquaintance with the imam, welcoming imam in Iraq and meeting with him, imam's scientific status, his teaching method and excellence of his lecturing compared to others, imam's scientific behavior and demeanor, imam's reaction to events like martyrdom of Ayatollah Saeidi, demise of Dr Shariati and martyrdom of Mostafa Khomeini, imam's political stance against the Pahlavi regime, imam's migration from Iraq to Paris are the main topics discussed in the book.

Each chapter of the book is allocated to the memories of one of the narrators whose names are: Ayatollah Borujerdi, Hujatoleslam Seyyed Reza Borghe'ei, Ayatollah Mohammad Reza Rahmat, Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Sajadi, Hujatoleslam Esmaeil Ferdosipour, Mohammad Taghi Mottaghi, Ayatollah Hadi Marefat, Hujatoleslam Seyyed Hadi Mousavi and Hujatoleslam Mohammad Reza Nasseri.

As many as 2000 copies of the book have been printed and are marketed by Orouj in Iran.
