Two Kyrgyz books have been acknowledged as the best at an international book fair in Moscow, the Kyrgyz Embassy in Russia informs. IBNA: According to news, Victor Kadyrov’s book named “Mysterious Kyrgyzstan” was noted in the category of “ART-Book”. The book named “Jenish” (Victory) was acknowledged as the best in the category of “Victory.”
During the international contest’s award ceremony, Director of the Book Chamber of Kyrgyzstan Koichuman Momunkulov expressed gratitude to the exhibition initiators for the high appraisal of the domestic book. “In spite of the complex situation in the republic, more than 15 publishers of Kyrgyzstan have participated in the contest and sent their books to the exhibition. Book is the most valuable thing for human,” Koichuman Momunkulov stressed.
One and a half thousand publishers and book distributors from the CIS countries have taken part in the fair. Kyrgyzstan has presented more than 100 books, thematic journals and brochures, the Kyrgyz Embassy in Russia informs.
