Thousands of Historical documents being kept at Golestan Palace

Manager of the Cultural-Historical Golestan Palace Complex said over 400,000 historical documents are being kept at the palace.

IBNA: According to the public relations office of the complex, Masoud Sharifi stated that the documents are being digitalized and stored in the Pars Azarakhsh system.

As he said, the documents will be classified as common and confidential so access to them would be limited for users.

He went on to say that identification cards are being prepared for the pieces which contain data about different features of them like their sizes, number of papers and the like.

Moreover, the cards will show the documents' signatures, dates, places, persons involved, abstract and signs.
