Book on anthropology of art underway

Nasser Fakouhi's book "Anthropology of Art" studies art as a means and in the hands of power.
IBNA: Alireza Javid, editor of culture and anthropology of Saless Publications said in this book Nasser Fakouhi makes a survey of the relationship between art and issues like power and myths from anthropological perspective.
Ethnography is another point of focus of this author in his approach to art and anthropology, he added.
Javid considered different functions for art and added: "Power is a sphere where art explicitly becomes instrumental. The relationship between art and ideology ad well as instrumental use of art by Fascism are other subjects that are discussed in this book."
According to the editor of culture and anthropology of Saless Publications, in this work we face an anthropologist's analyses of arts from his point of expertise.
He finally stated that "Anthropology of Art" is compiled in 550 pages and will be released by Saless Publications soon.
