Just like the previous 5 years since its establishment, Iran Book News Agency will run a stall at the 25th Tehran International Book Fair not displaying any books but disseminating news about them.

IBNA: IBNA is the first and only book-specific online news agency in Iran and the world that offers news updates on books, printing and publication.

Ibna.ir was officially launched on Aban 24, 1385 (November 15, 2006) as an affiliate to the Book House Institute (a non-profit, private institute).

IBNA’s chief goal is dissemination of national and international new stories on books and other related fields including print, publication, edition and distribution industries.

The 25th Tehran International Book Fair will be held at Tehran's Grand Imam Khomeini Prayer Ground from May 2 to 12, 2012.

The opening ceremony of the event will be held today afternoon, at 5 p.m., in the presence of the Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
