On the occasion of the death anniversary of the founder of the Islamic Revolution Imam Khomeini (PBUH), seven libraries of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province will host "Imam Khomeini & Islamic Awakening" book fairs.

IBNA: General Director of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari public libraries said:" The fairs will be held from May 27- June 3 in seven cities.

Behroz Sadeghi added:" Considering the latest developments in the Middle East and the influence of Imam Khomeini's words about the Islamic Awakening and fighting the oppression of the tyrants, the fairs will introduce Imam Khomeini's works to the visitors."

The book fairs will be held in order to preserve the values and achievements of the Islamic Revolution as well as promoting the works and thoughts of Imam Khomeini (PBUH).

The fairs will display a collection of Imam Khomeini's works and books for the visitors to read, he added.

Moreover during the period poetry recitation nights and book reading competitions will be held in the public libraries' literary centers, he noted.

Visiting the Supreme leader will be among the other programs, he finally said.
