General Manager of Islamic Culture and Relations Administration in Zanjan, Ali Esmaeil Zaded, said the past year (1389, in Iranian calendar) was a magnificent year for library activities for the province.

IBNA: "I should hereby extend my gratitude towards the cultural affairs department of the ministry of culture and islamic guidance for their intimate cooperation with administration and support for arrangement of the 5th provincial book fair in Zanjan. 

"Within the past few years numerous invaluable books have been donated to the public libraries of the province by their likes in Tehran by other departments of the ministry, he added. 

He further called for support for the Yade Yare Mehraban Book Fair.

He also stated that one of the main concerns of the officials in the province is the provision of university textbooks for the academia and students given the vast active and potential capacities of the science body in the province.
