Seven mobile libraries have been equipped in Tehran as Minibuses. Among the libraries three will work in Karaj and the rest will move in Robat Karim, Shahriyar, Firoozkooh and Varamin.

IBNA: The general manager of Tehran province's libraries told IBNA that $3,500 has been allocated for every mobile library.

Esfandyar Mobtaker Sarabi added:" On the occasion of the Government Week, a rural library has been built in Robat Karim's Orvin. The donated land sprawls over an area of 150sqm and the built library accommodates 1000 books.

Moreover he said that September 9 on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, Tehran province's library members will participate in a reading contest.
