Islamic Revolution, Sacred Defense docs center launched
The Islamic Revolution and the Sacred Defense documents center has been launched, said Brigadier General Hassan Seifi, head of the Sacred Defense Values and Works' Publication and Preservation Organization.
IBNA: According to Seifi, the center keeps documents about the Sacred Defense events for researchers.
In a press conference held today morning (September 25, 2011), Seifi stated that a database about the Iraq-imposed war on Iran has been produced by the Iranian military which encompasses documents about the revolution era in the country as well. The database, he added, is collected out of five projects during three years.
"Formerly, most of the released works about the Islamic Revolution and the Sacred Defense were a mélange of emotions and feelings, however, the five projects analyze the events more intellectually and realistically just like what other countries do about their wars," he asserted.
As he further added, the database is a glossary of untold stories about the war and all the researchers and writers are invited to peruse its documents for their works.
He went on to say that as many as 127 titles have so far been published by the organization. The works are released in various collections like the Endurance Hadith, the Flight Hadith and the Persistence Hadith.
50 volumes of the war's daily review is about to be published by the organization he further added.
