8 Sep 2010 15:44
Poverty is the main reason of severity so the best way of combating is not force but legal potency and support of the poor. Hernando De Soto, writer of “the other path” explains the issue and reviews its solutions.
IBNA: “The other path” is the story of the poor of a country who generated market-oriented society spontaneously. In present century unlike the 20th century in which totalitarian governments were the biggest threat of freedom, small severity groups of the poor are the biggest threat.

According to Jafar Kheirkhai, translator of the book, De Soto believes rules of the third world countries only provide interests of capitalists, so the poor have to make a living out of legal forms and make an underground life.

The book can be a guide to those who attempt to help the poor of the society. De Soto explains how the poor who have occupied lands and have been organized try to make their house legal.

The Peruvian economist created a different horizon for the poor of Peru. He showed they are new entrepreneurs whose biggest desire is not devastating market economy but joining it.

Based on Kheirkhah De Soto communicates with the suburbanite and the poor and believes weakness of rules and injudiciousness of legislators are the factors of poverty unlike many people who think the poor are poor because of their own injudiciousness.

He added :”his solution for the problem in the third world countries is revising the laws which are only for the interests of their makers, capitalists.”

Base on De Soto poverty is the main reason of severity and terror and legal revisions and economic revisions is the solution of poverty and terrorism.

“The other path” will be in book markets in near future by Nei publication in 424 pages.
