Talking about Kurdistan's provincial book fair, managing director of the province's Guidance Office said:" The fair is attended by 200 publishers of which 16 are from Kurdistan.

IBNA: Kurdistan's 5th provincial book fair opened this morning, July 7, with the attendance of Deputy Minister of Islamic Guidance and Culture in cultural affairs Bahman Dorri.

Qobad Meimanat Abadi said:" The fair is 1391's first provincial book fair. 200 publishers are displaying 27000 book titles in an area sprawling over 4500sqm."

Talking about the book fair's sideline programs he added:" Every night one province will hold a program named Cultural Night. Moreover other sessions will be held on hijab and modesty, Mahdism, soft war, promotion of virtue and prevention of vice as well as book reading."

The books are presented with a 40% discount. The fair will run until Friday, July 13.
