  Nation to donate books to National Library

An open festival will be held during the Book Week of the Islamic Republic of Iran at the National Library and Archives Organization for donation of book volumes.
IBNA: According to the public relations office of the National Library, the event is synchronized with the Book Week festival with the aim of disseminating book donation culture in the country.

Researcher, publishers, living and legal entities, and state and private foundations may contribute volumes in the festival. Donations may include manuscripts, lithographic books, documents, maps, posters, movies, CDs, journals and postcards.

Presents will be granted to the donors by the organization in return.

In other news, Ghadayani will publish two Sacred Defense titles during the week in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Soren Tears by Nosratollah Mahmoudzadeh is one of the books that is a novel about a boy who sets up for the war front to find traces of his father's fate after he sees his mother's impatience. In his journey, he goes through a transition.

Only Beholders Understand Each Other is the title of another book that is a collection of stories on the Sacred Defense.

The Lasting Keepsake is the week's motto that will finish on November 20, 2011.
