Secretariat of the 6th Gam-e Aval literary award announced that 157 books were picked up for the 2nd judging phase.

IBNA: According to the public relations department of Book House Institute, different books in fields including poetry, fictions as well as religion were submitted for the 6th edition of Gam-e Aval literary award and finally 157 works were chosen for the 2nd judging phase. 

The award’s secretariat had previously announced that 1615 books by novice authors were screened by the juries. 

The 7th edition of Gam-e Aval literary award will be held in Yazd. 

The closing ceremony of the 6th edition will be held in Gorgan in autumn. 

The Book House arranged the event in line with dissemination of book reading culture and identification of undiscovered talents as well as encouraging fledgling writers of the country.
