Ali Agha Ghafar, chief editor of IBNA and Ketabe Hafteh weekly: I don’t care about those managers--cultural ones in particular--who cannot bare any criticism when holding posts; whose staunch companions are devoid of any patience to suspect the critics' "possibly" rightful, ruthful, expert and experienced accounts and impenitently overrule "them".
IBNA: Ali Agha Ghafar, chief editor of IBNA and Ketabe Hafteh weekly: I don’t care about those managers--cultural ones in particular--who cannot bare any criticism when holding posts; whose staunch companions are devoid of any patience to suspect the critics' "possibly" rightful, ruthful, expert and experienced accounts and impenitently overrule "them".

I don’t care about those managers--cultural ones in particular--who one cannot praise or laud them without being accused of flattery, favoritism or discrimination. Such modest managers and their companions would never accede to admiration despite being "desperately" worthy of.

I don’t care about those managers--cultural ones in particular—whose behavior and performance should be praised only when they no longer hold posts; I am talking about those managers who would never go along with or will to be admired in or after their tenure leaving us no way but to say something, however little, in their absence.

I don’t care about those managers--cultural ones in particular--who resign, are expelled or their power expires; indeed, both the expelled and the expeller have their own good reasons for their actions which may not be so for others. By and large, every one has their rights. Managers are entitled to changing their subordinates based on their performance and, likewise, the subordinates may choose whether they want to work with their superiors or not.

I don’t care about those managers--cultural ones in particular—whose resign or expulsion generate or kill many works and plans, would make their companions grateful, happy and elated or shocked, dejected, and disappointed.

What I do care about is managers--cultural ones in particular—who were and are cultural deep in their hearts during and after their posts and responsibilities. Their behavior, treatment, patience, honesty, fairness, modesty, and charisma capture hearts, last for ever and stand out among other features of their management.
No doubt, all his former students, old colleagues, future followers, comrades and companions would stand completely still as they hear his name or voice or remember his behavior. No doubt.

Hajj Agha Ashari, the resigned head of the National Library and Archives of the Islamic Republic of Iran, friend and fellow of cultural media! Well done!
