“Be a pearl, be a pearl” reprinted in Croatia

The Croatian version of “Be a pearl, be a pearl” (An anthology of 1000 years of Persian poetry) has been reprinted by Iran’s cultural attaché office in Zagreb.

IBNA: According to the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, the book of “Be a pearl, be a pearl” (An anthology of 1000 years of Persian poetry) briefly holds a biography of 76 Iranian poets since the 10th century A.D. so far (Rudaki till the contemporary poets) as well as a sample of the translation of the poets’ works and the poem’s beginning in Persian. 

In the introduction of the book’s first print, the book’s translator Ibtehaj Navaei had chosen the title; inspired from one of Rumi’s poems. 

The reprint of “Be a pearl, be a pearl” (An anthology of 1000 years of Persian poetry) has been published in 292 pages and 1800 copies in Croatia.
