Library of Iran, Islam’s history to accommodate new books
An official of the specialized library of Iran and Islam’s history said that new books have been purchased for the library which is located in Qom. IBNA: The books have been purchased from Lebanon Alireza Abazari said and added: “The collection contains precious books themed on Hejaz, Mecca and Medina.”
Some 100 titles have been collected. A part of the books are related to the history of Islam as some of them are about the Household of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), he added.
Abazari finally said: “The library of Iran and Islam’s history is house to 120,000 book titles.”
It was founded by Rasool Jafarian. Besides historical books, the library accommodates books of other fields including political science, social science, the religious science of Islam, literature, art and geography as well as Persian, Arabic, English, German, Turkish, Urdu and etc… books.
