On June 23, the 8th Sepah Book of the Year Conference will be held in the presence of the Sepah literati.

IBNA: A seminar will be held on the sidelines of the award the presence of Sepah cultural officials and literati.

Some 402 book titles from 234 writers were submitted in different categories of the award: literature and the Sacred Defense, culture/religion, politics/law, military/security, economics/society, medicine/para-medicine, and engineering. The books are screened by a panel of 24 judges.

The three best works of every category will be praised in the closing ceremony of the award slated on June 23 at the headquarters of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps of the Islamic Revolution.

The Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution, often called Revolutionary Guards, is a branch of Iran's military, founded after the Iranian revolution. Whereas the regular military defends Iran's borders and maintains internal order, according to the Iranian constitution, the Revolutionary Guard is intended to protect the country's Islamic system.
