  Book Week Programs of Islamic Revolution Docs Center

Publication manager of the Islamic Revolution Documents Center has announced the center's programs for the Book Week. Publication of 100 book titles is one of the programs of the center.
IBNA: In an interview with IBNA, Mehdi Ramezani said implementation of the Book Offering scheme, debuting seven new books and reprinting 100 titles by the center are its main programs for the week.

As he said, the Book Offering Scheme has been run by the center successfully and this will be the third year in a row that it is being launched. Based on the scheme, as many as 1500 book packages were distributed among the country's deprived libraries.

In the scheme people offer books to the center's secretariat; however, last year some publishers donated books hundreds of books to the center to be distributed among the libraries.

The third edition of the program will run until the end of the Book Week, he added.

On average, the Islamic Revolution documents center releases a book every five days, he further added. Nevertheless, during the Book Week festival, it releases a book every day.

Some of the released works will be Alireza Karimian's the Movement of Students in Iran, Reihaneh's Khosh Tinat's Going for Staying, and a Persian translation of Jordan Hamilton's Keeping faith: Memoirs of a President Jimmy Carter by Mohammad Taheri Moghadam.
