Print expert highlights print contests

A print industry specialist, Hamid Reza Hassan Tehrani believes that holding specialized print festivals and awards in Iran can reveal the industry’s weak and strong points in the country.
IBNA: According to the news headquarters of the 11th Iran Print Award, Hassan Tehran asserted that the competition would show us how various provinces of the country have performed in differ print-related areas and that what changes are needed to optimize their performance.
The print specialist went on to say that the outcome of the contest would play a positive role in Iran’s non-petroleum exports. For example, by learning about the potentials of the middle Asia market we can provide a lot of ground for domestic print and packing firms to function and prosper, he went on to say.
He further marked the significance of arranging such competitions in other cities of the country and added that print unions in other provinces should devise plans to mount the same competitions for the betterment of the industry in their areas.
