16 Aug 2010 16:05
Pakistan’s pavilion manager at international section of the 18th Quran Fair said this pavilion is to introduce some part of Quranic activities and religious activities undertaken in this country and regarded their spiritual achievements to be more than what could be presented in this fair.
IBNA: Sherafat-Ali Velayati referred to some of the activities of Pakistan pavilion such as introducing books, Quranic theses, and CDs including Pakistani researchers’ achievements and said, “Among other services is introducing Quranic websites of my country to the visitors.”

He said most visitors of this pavilion are Pakistanis resident in Iran as well as those interested in the culture and civilization of this country and continued, “Upon visiting this pavilion, Pakistani researchers remind us that Quranic achievements of this country is much beyond what shown in Tehran fair and we think the reason is lack of facilities and capacity for their transfer to Tehran; all we could present at the moment was the achievements of Pakistani researchers who reside and study in Iran.”

Manager of Pakistan pavilion at 18th international Quran fair referred to theses like “Effects of sin in Quran”, “Creation of man in Quran”, “Quran’s undistortability”, and “God’s dears according to Quran” as works done by MA students at Qom Howzeh Elmieh.

He pointed to Shiite and Sunni interpretations of Quran as another part of this pavilion and said, “Considering the fact that the majority of Pakistani Muslims are Sunni, most visitors are curious to know about the differences between Sunni and Shiite scripts and interpretations.”

Velayati said introducing Altanzil Quranic website will be soon launched on the net and so it is being introduced in the present fair, next to introducing activities of Jamea-al-Mostafa society of Pakistan.
