Kurdistan provincial book fair will be inaugurated September 13 with the attendance of the Islamic Guidance Minister's cultural deputy, Bahman Dorri.

IBNA: Kurdistan's provincial book fair will be the first fair which will be inaugurated by the new cultural deputy.

Provincial book fairs are usually opened by the guidance ministry's cultural deputy and provincial officials.

Kurdistan's provincial book fair will be held for a week kicking off on September 13.

The fair was slated to run 2 months ago which was postponed by Kurdistan's Guidance office and Iran's cultural fairs institutes.

Totally this year some 20 provincial book fairs will be held.

Usually provincial book fairs present their books with a 40 per-cent discount which is offered by the Guidance ministry's Cultural affairs deputy office and the publishers.

Provincial book fairs are held by Iran's cultural fair's institute and province's Guidance administration.
