Iran's Organization of Cultural Heritage, Handicraft and Tourism has published a bilingual book on the country's museums and historical monuments.

IBNA: The book covers details about Iran's historical monuments and provides the address of their locations, said Fatemeh Azimpour, head of the publication center of Iran's Organization of Cultural Heritage, Handicraft and Tourism, in an interview with IBNA.

Information about the sights like their contact numbers, ticket prices, visiting hours, date of foundation, history of museums and the contents of museums are gathered in the English-Persian volume.

The books should be considered as a thorough guidebook for Iran's museums for foreign and domestic tourists, Azimpour added.

She went on to say that the book is published jointly by the organization and Iran's general administration of museums.

A total of 10,000 copies of the book have be published, she added, which will be distributed among museums of the country and, then, bookshops.
