Iran's Constitution in 30 languages unveiled
Rendition of Iran's Constitution into some 30 languages of the world was unveiled yesterday in the closing ceremony of the 27th Book of the Year Award of the Islamic Republic of Iran. IBNA: The translation is done by Alhoda institute which is an affiliate to the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization.
The project is aimed at introducing the structure of Iran's ruling system based on religious democracy to the thinkers, politicians and academia of the world.
The book was unveiled by Tehran's temporary Friday Imam Ayatollah Emami Kashani who was one of the winners of the 27th book of the year award.
In the unveiling ceremony, Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadinejad, and head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization Dr Mehdi Mostafavi were present.
Rendition of the Constitution into some 22 other languages will begin in the near future by the institute. Id : 62326 |
