Esmaeil Bani Ardalan, writer and researcher believes that the most important feature of Book of the Season is paying attention to different specific fields of art. He is the referee of 9th Book of the Season Prize in the field of dramatic arts and playwriting.

IBNA: Bani Ardalan said “Book of the Season Prize has provided a good opportunity for arts especially in the field of playwriting and screen writing since few festivals or contests have ever surveyed works in such detail.

He further said that Book of the Season Prize can introduce books to the social sphere and added, “Such festivals would introduce fine books and the audience can approach books with a better idea, and even in academic atmosphere prized works are better received”.

Bani Ardalan explained, “Holding Book of the Season is a support for both writers and publishers and they would therefore attempt to present more qualified and authentic works”.

He believes that Book of the Season Prize is improving and there are only little judgment flaws which need to be modified. For instance, there must be a change in criteria digits and points.
