  Basij of women's society attending TIBF

Basij of women's society is attending the 25th Tehran International Book Fair for the first time displaying 150 titles about martyred women.
IBNA: Maryam Hassan-pour, the stall manager of Basij of women's society said:" All of the presented books are themed on martyred women. Some of the works have been written by the order of the Basij Organization while some are other works released by publishers including Soureh Mehr, Fatehan, Reveyat-e Fath and Hezareh Qoqnoos.

According to the assessments of Basij of women's society, a total of 7000 martyred women have been identified.

He went on to say that every year a martyred woman, as a distinguished martyr, is introduced to the society. The plan kicked off three years ago and this year we have chosen Nahid Fatehi Karjo for introduction.

Two books entitled "The silent bride of the city" by Ali Agha Ghaffar and "Hidden in the sky" by Mohammad Faegh Faraji has been presented at the 25th Tehran International Book Fair.

The 25th Tehran International Book Fair is currently underway in Tehran and will run until May 12 at Tehran's Grand Imam Khomeini Prayer Ground with the motto of "A Quarter of a Century of Cultural Jihad".
