The secretariat of the 15th Festival of the Best Theses of the Year and the 11th edition of the Best Research by University Students has announced that a total of 539 theses have been submitted to the secretariat of the festival.

IBNA: According to the public relations office of the Jahad Daneshgahi Publication Organization (Iranian Students’ Book Agency), the festival is being held in three sections: the main section, the sideline section and the special section.

In the main section, theses by MA, MS and PhD graduates from all the universities and seminaries of the country are considered in the categories of engineering and technical, medical and veterinarian, architecture and arts, humanities and social, agricultural and natural resources, basic sciences and religious sciences (Allameh Sheik Bahaei Award).

Moreover, 55 research proposals are considered in the sideline section of the festival beside 25 theses submitted for the special section of the event.

The festival is arranged annually by the organization and is held with support from the Supreme Leader’s Foundation in universities, the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Ministry of Sciences, Research and Technology, the Health Ministry, the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Occupation Cooperative Organization of Academic Graduates and the Tourism Department of the Cultural Heritage, Handicraft and Tourism Organization of Iran.

The best theses will be honored in ceremony in the presence of the country’s prominent scientific and cultural figures.
