American Literature roots to be assessed

Another session will be held as one of the Nations' Literary Analysis series at the House of the Literati to assess the American literature. The session which will be attended by Amir Ali Nojoomian will analyze American literature developments till the end of the 19th century.

IBNA: Talking about the meeting, the session's secretary, Reza Najafi said: "The following session will assess the roots and developments of American literature process till the end of the 19th century and its differences with Britain's literature.

The translator added:" Before the 20th century, American literature wasn’t segregated from the English literature, so on the American authors pursued a different process. Moreover the session will review various American literature genres and literary periods."

The previous session was held on Germany's literature.

Tomorrow's session will be held at 5pm in the House of Literati.
