Iran Book News Agency (IBNA) - 81 history, geography books released

A total of 81 history and geography book titles were marketed in Iran during the period of May 26-30 of which 72 were compilations and 9 were translations.

IBNA: According to the statistics released by the Book House Institute, a total of 1340 book titles were released during the mentioned date of which 81 belonged to the field of history and geography.

Among the 81 marketed books, 72 were compilations and 9 were translations.

Moreover 52 first prints and 29 reprints existed. Among the released history and geography books, 65 were printed in Tehran and the rest were published in other provinces.

Averagely 2090 history and geography copies and 291 pages were printed.

Some of the marketed books included "Bokhara; a mediaeval achievement", "Late kings of Afghanistan" and "Iran manifestations of civilization".
