IBNA- Center for the Great Islamic Encyclopedia (Center for Iranian and Islamic Studies) will hold the online 5th International Conference on Iranian Languages and Dialects to take place on January 2.
The ancientness of Iranian languages, which originate from the family of Indo-Iranian, Indo-European languages, is congruous to the ancient history of this land. The history of Iranian literature and science has proved that Persian language has a remarkable capability to convey the most complex scientific and philosophical ideas.
Preserving and updating such capability demands the safeguarding of Iranian languages and dialects. Therefore, Center for the Great Islamic Encyclopedia, which has succeeded in organizing four international conferences on Iranian languages and dialects, has organized the 5th International Conference on Iranian Languages and Dialects (Past and Present).
The conference will be held online on Tuesday, January 2, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Those interested may register and attend the conference via the link https://eseminar.tv/wb19180.
