IBNA- An adviser to the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance said the ministry and UNICEF Office in Iran have launched cooperation in various fields.
Mohammad-Mahdi Ahmadi, the advisor said that the cooperation contains various areas such as improving the ethical representation of children in mass media including in cyberspace and among the media experts.
"Other fields are: increasing the sense of dignity and self-esteem among children in films and photographs as well as promotion of reading," he added.
"The new cooperation program will provide opportunities for improving filmmaking skills among young adults and the youth," the advisor pointed out.
The new cooperation agreement was already signed by Ahmadi and Mandeep O'Brien, UNICEF Representative in Iran.
