Holding more than 2000 photos, Photo-Encyclopedia Persica will be unveiled at the 26th Tehran International Book Fair.

 IBNA: Photo-Encyclopedia Persica by Reza Moradi Ghiasabadi holds main categories including Architecture, Life, Writing and Carving as well as Nature. Moreover it is house to more than 2000 photos themed on ancient works, anthropology, museums, Iranian costumes and culture. 

The bilingual English-Persian book holds every work’s name, place and age. It is a result of 19 years of research which will be launched at the book fair. 

The Writing & Carving section is about Prehistoric Motifs, Inscriptions, Statues, Rock-tombs as well as Tombstones. 

The Life part is about Man & Life, Occupations, Handicrafts, Musical Instruments and Villages.
The Architecture section holds photos of Towers, Reservoirs (Cistern), Thermaes, Bridges, Minaret, Schools, Calendric Structures & Solar Observatories, Bazaar, Temples & Shrines and etc. 

The book has been released by Navid Publications in 1536 pages and 550 copies. 

The 26th Tehran International Book Fair will be held at Tehran's Grand Imam Khomeini Prayer Ground from May 1 to 11, 2013.
