‎'The Guide for the Perplexed' by Maimonides to be reviewed‎

IBNA- A meeting at Iran's Literati House in Tehran will review the book, 'The Guide for the Perplexed' by the noted Egyptian Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon on Wednesday, January 8.

According to IBNA correspondent, 'The Guide for the Perplexed' ‎ which has been translated into Persian by Naser Abbaspour is one of the three major works of Moshe ben Maimon. This work seeks to reconcile Aristotelian philosophy with Hebrew Bible theology, by finding rational explanations for many events in the text.

The Tehran meeting will be attended by the Persian translator as well as experts Reza Akbari and Mohammad-Javad Esmaeili to make speech about the Jewish Egyptian philosopher.
