Swedish writer Asa Lind to meet Iranian readers ‎

IBNA- On the occasion of the Nordic Cultural Week held in Tehran, Swedish writer Asa ‎Lind will meet her Persian readers in Tehran’s Book City Institute on Saturday. ‎
 
According to IBNA correspondent, Lind whose children book ‘The Sand Wolf’ has been translated into Persian by Farzad Farbod, will discuss her work, Swedish literature, the interest of children and young adults to literature and the elements which may influence their interest.

The program will be attended by the Second Secretary of the Embassy of Sweden Veronica Nordlund, Iranian writer Mahdi Rajabi and Farbod.  
Lind previously worked as a journalist but is now a full-time author. She was awarded the Nils Holgersson plaque in 2003 and received the 2014 Kulla-Gulla award and is a member of the Swedish Children's Book Academy.   

She has visited Tehran through a program the Nordic Cultural Week which will be held in Tehran.
