Persian books to be showcased in Austrian National Library

IBNA- Iranian Ambassador to Austria made a primary agreement with the director of ‎Austrian National Library Johanna Rachinger to hold an exhibition of Persian books in ‎that library.‎
 
According to IBNA correspondent, in this meeting Ebadollah Molaei, Iranian Ambassador to Austria and Johanna Rachinger (PhD), Scientific Director of Austrian National Library also discussed the prospect of furthering cultural interaction between the two countries as well as holding an exhibition of the treasure of Persian books in Austrian National Library.

Austrian National Library (Österreichische Nationalbibliothek) is the largest library in Austria, with more than 12 million items in its various collections. The library is located in the Neue Burg Wing of the Hofburg in center of Vienna.

The library complex includes four museums, as well as multiple special collections and archives.
