Mojabi’s new novel to be unveiled

IBNA- ‘The Lost Garden’, the new novel by the noted Iranian writer, poet and researcher Javad Mojabi will be unveiled at a book signing celebration in Tehran on Wednesday.
According to IBNA correspondent, ‘The Lost Garden’ employs an eloquent language and Mojabi describes a mental hole in which the mind of the story’s protagonist Shahin is trapped.

Shahin has two brothers named Tarlan and Shahbaz who are the grandchildren of a Qajar prince who has married a peasant girl by order. Every chapter of the book takes place in special period.

Mojabi who is also a painter and journalist was born on October 15, 1939, in Qazvin. His books include ‘Me, Ayoub and the Sunset’, ‘From Heart to Paper,’ ‘The bright Story,’ ‘Tablet and Ayoub.’

Also, his short stories consist of ‘The night of Grasshopper,’ ‘Mummies,’ ‘Crossing the Red Light,’ and ‘The silent Towers’.

The unveiling ceremony of ‘The Lost Garden’ is scheduled for Wednesday at 5 p.m. in the  Book City.
