‘A Dialogue Between Hegel and Islamic Philosophers’ to be reviewed

IBNA- The House of Literati affiliated to Iran’s Book House Institute (IBHI) will host a meeting to review the book ‘A Dialogue Between Hegel and Islamic Philosophers’ on Wednesday.
According to IBNA
correspondent, the book which is written by Sayyed Hamid Talebzadeh (PhD) will be reviewed by the Iranian experts in this event including Mohammad Taghi Tabataba’ei and Shams ol-Molouk Mostafavi are supposed to make speeches on the book.
The introduction of ‘A Dialogue Between Hegel and Islamic Philosophers; Becoming, Dialectic and Idealism’ reads, “The book is not intended to compare the ideas of Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel
with those of the Islamic philosophers. The work does not prefer the idea of a philosopher over the other. Moreover, it is not aimed to offer a critique of Islamic philosophers based on Hegelian thoughts. The book is something in between, as it tries to reflect on the contemporary condition and explores a way of thinking which is not obviously possible without seeking help from the great thinkers.
‘A Dialogue Between Hegel and Islamic Philosophers; Becoming, Dialectic and Idealism’ was published in 270 pages by Hermes Publishing House in Tehran.
